Lock the Navbar widget so it stops loading platform.js The theme has shipped an empty Navbar1 includable since 2.0.0, but the widget was declared locked='false'. Blogger treats an unlocked widget's includable as overridable and renders its own stock Navbar markup instead, which loads apis.google.com/js/platform.js and calls gapi.load to mount a navbar iframe.
The skin hides #navbar-iframe, so the navbar is invisible on every install and the cost is pure waste: ~58 KB and a connection to a third Google origin on every page view. Locking the widget makes Blogger honour the empty includable.

空でもlocked='false'の場合は読み込むので、locked='true'に変更するか、利用しなければNavbar部分は削除推奨
