Step 3: Change the value of the attribution from locked=’true’ to locked=’false’

を追加して

<b:widget id=’Attribution1′ locked=’true’ title=” type=’Attribution’>
の該当部分
locked=’true’ を locked=’false’ に

これで削除できる様になりました
