8.0.2 以降が買収後のバージョンになります。
気になるのであれば買収前のバージョンを使うしかありません
買収前のNova Launcherにも分析機能は既にあり、オプトアウトできる事も明記されています(今後も継続で変更が加えられると書かれています)
まぁ書いてあるだけ親切なのではないでしょうか
